Program Description

  • We send SMS/MMS and WhatsApp messages including alerts, reminders, status updates, AI-powered interactive services (such as educational content and language learning tools), and occasional promotions related to SethFreiberg.com.

Opt-In

  • Web form opt-in: You may opt in by checking a dedicated, unchecked checkbox and submitting your mobile number. The checkbox text must state:
    “I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from SethFreiberg.com at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Mobile Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.”
  • Keyword opt-in (SMS): Text START or JOIN to +1 (571) 526-0643 to opt in. You will receive a confirmation message that includes the program name, opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) instructions, and the “Msg & data rates may apply” disclosure.
  • WhatsApp opt-in: You may opt in by sending a message to +1 (571) 526-0643 on WhatsApp. By initiating a conversation, you consent to receive automated messages including AI-generated content.
  • By opting in, you affirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are 18+ (or have parental consent if 13–17).

AI-Generated Content

  • Some messages may be generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely on AI-generated messages as professional advice.

Message Frequency

  • Message frequency varies by user activity and preferences. WhatsApp conversations may involve multiple messages per session.

Costs

  • Message and data rates may apply. WhatsApp messages require an internet connection; standard data charges from your provider may apply.

Opt-Out

  • Text STOP to +1 (571) 526-0643 at any time to stop receiving SMS/MMS messages. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • WhatsApp: Send “STOP” to +1 (571) 526-0643 or simply stop messaging. You may also block the number within WhatsApp.
  • You can also request removal by emailing seth@sethfreiberg.com.

Help

Carriers

  • Carriers and messaging platforms (including WhatsApp/Meta) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

  • Programs are intended for U.S. users. You must be 13 or older to participate. If you are 13–17, participate only with parental consent.

Changes

  • We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
